New House

So here is a photo of the new house. It doesn't look like much now... but it will. The wonderful owner is as excited to sell it to us as we are to buy it from her.

The C-word agent on the other house sent my SIL a fax stating that, "you had better get your clients on board to buy this house or they will loose their $10,000". My SIL has been instructed to not contact her and let her broker handle everything including a phone call and if that doesn't work a very direct and serious letter and if that doesn't work we are paying a real estate attorney a couple of hundred dollars to draft a "fuck you, give us back our money or we will see your sorry ass in court" letter.

I'll post about the wonderful weekend we are having tomorrow or Monday. Let's just say it involves a lot of sun, water and togetherness!
