We Are On The Market!

Well, it's official, the for sale sign is in the ground! Yesterday it went up at about 5:30 and by 6:30 3 people had already driven by and picked up flyers! One guy drove up this morning, got out of his truck read the flyer and put it back in the box. Evidently we were over priced for him. We have done the same thing when looking at homes so I know how frustrating it can be.

The house looks great! Martha the cleaning lady came by yesterday with her crew and she did all the windows and got the place spotless. She was really impressed with all of the work we have done. Only problem was, Carmen her helper, somehow broke the toilet in the masterbath. It wasn't Carmen's fault, it looked cracked when I painted behind their a couple of weeks ago. Better to have it crack now than during open house on Sunday. So my sweet Alex is off to Home Depot for the second time this morning buying the necessary tools to put a new tank on the toilet. Once we get all of our projects done around here we are off to go look at property.
